Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries, offering solutions and assistance about public transport services.
• Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the database for quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic) is mandatory. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong commitment to customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
