Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with their financial inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding financial products and services
• Resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate ongoing customer support
• Suggest improvements to processes based on customer feedback
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial services

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with exceptional communication skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance sector
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage high-stress situations effectively
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
