Responsibilities

  • Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with their financial inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding financial products and services

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate ongoing customer support
  • Suggest improvements to processes based on customer feedback

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance sector
