Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and financial products.
• Effectively address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups on pending issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tackle more complex customer queries and enhance service quality.
• Educate clients about banking processes, new product offerings, and security measures to enhance their experience.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service delivery.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
