This role supports a high-level executive by managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, and arranging complex domestic and international travel. The position serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders and works closely with the Bethel Music team to ensure day-to-day priorities and needs are seamlessly supported. Responsibilities may also include personal assistant duties to help facilitate events, tours, and VIP hosting.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $48,000

Responsibilities:

What Your Day Might Look Like:

  • Managing dynamic calendars and coordinating high-level meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Arranging complex travel itineraries (domestic and international), including accommodations and ground transportation
  • Acting as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Collaborating closely with Bethel Music team members to support Jenn’s schedule, priorities, and needs
  • Assisting with personal tasks related to events, tours, and VIP hosting
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Workspace.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent time management.
