Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, in Dutch.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and improve service offerings.
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
