Responsibilities

Primary Accountabilities:

• Consult with German-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security software.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to ensure clients can effectively utilize our products.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of security best practices and software functionalities.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback that aids in software enhancement.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or technical support, particularly in software or cybersecurity sectors.
• Strong understanding of online security principles and effective practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing client needs effectively.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to changes in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
