Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality continuously.
  • Assist in developing training materials and best practices for the customer service team.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in consumer services.
