Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about automotive insurance policies and claims processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with industry regulations and service improvements.

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

• Previous experience in customer support or the automotive insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
