Job Title: Social Media Manager Company: Diamond Motors & Cellular Zone Location: 4519 S Panam Exp, San Antonio, TX 78225 (Hybrid: On-site and Remote Work Allowed) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $2400-3000/month About Us: Diamond Motors has been a trusted name in used car sales and financing in San Antonio for 6 years. We specialize in providing quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. Cellular Zone, the leading electronic sales and repair company in San Antonio, has been around for 12 years. While your primary focus will be on Diamond Motors, you’ll also manage social media for Cellular Zone, similar to another client. This role involves showcasing the owner’s day-to-day activities at the dealership and managing multiple businesses.Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for both Diamond Motors and Cellular Zone.• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.• Develop on-camera content featuring the owner, focusing on daily activities at Diamond Motors and the management of multiple businesses.• Record and edit content using the company iPhone or camera, tailored for each platform.• Build and enhance the owner’s personal brand through strategic social media activities.• Engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and grow the follower base.• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.• Collaborate with the owner and team members to develop and execute content strategies.• Drive between different business locations as needed.Experience Required:• Preferred experience in social media management and content creation.• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a focus on maximizing engagement.• Proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software.• Experience in recording and editing content for various social media platforms.Preferred Qualifications:• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.• Experience in the automotive and electronics industries is a plus.• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.Personal Qualities:• Creative and innovative thinker.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.• Proactive and able to work independently.Compensation:• $2400-3000/mo• Sundays plus one other day off, 5 day work week.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:• Employee discount• Flexible schedule• Health insurance• Paid time offSchedule:• 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):• Are you comfortable with driving for hours in the day if needed?• Have you grown a following on social media platforms before?• Would you be comfortable with recording content for hours in the day if needed?Experience:• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)• Social media strategy: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• San Antonio, TX 78225 (Required)Ability to Relocate:• San Antonio, TX 78225: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Antonio, TX 78225
